Do I provide the cleaning supplies?
No, Maid 2 Shine provides all the equipment and solutions to thoroughly clean your home. We use micro fiber cloths that are effective but gentle on all surfaces. All our solutions are Eco friendly, environmentally safe and biodegradable. Safe for you, your family and your pets.
Do you clean windows?
Maid 2 Shine provides inside window cleaning apon request.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No - you can cancel at anytime.
What Days do you clean homes?
Monday through friday, although special arrangments can be made for weekend cleanings.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule one cleaning?
Maid 2 Shine is very flexible and can arrange for different dates and times.
Do you pay for referrals?
Yes! If you have a referral your next clean will be discounted. If you have many referrals many of your cleans will be 50% OFF.
What about pets and children?
I love pets and children, however, it is easier for me to work without having to work around them. I have pets and children of my own so I know the ups and downs of cleaning around them.

Do you travel?
Yes we do travel. We charge a travel rate based on what the current Saskatcwan rate is at the time of cleaning.
Will the first cleaning take longer?
In order to bring your space up to Maid 2 Shine Standards, the first cleaning (or a visit occurring more than three months after our last visit) will take longer so that we can give your home that deep cleaning it needs.
Homes that have not been cleaned in a while or homes with pets will take longer to clean
Do you change linens or do laundry?
If you leave fresh linens on the bed or specifically request this, we will change them. Beds will be made regardless of linen changes. Laundry can be done and must be discussed ahead of time.
What if I want something done that’s not on your checklist?
Just ask! We pride ourselves on being accommodating. So long as we are able to do the job (have the right tools and training), we would be glad to schedule in extra work at your home.
Please discuss your requirements at least 48 hours prior to the visit so that we can allot any additional time. We may be unable to complete any shorter term requests.
